Ronald Charles McMahan

Ronald Charles McMahan, 68, of Richwood, died Sunday morning December 13,2020 at the Prestige Gardens in Marysville.

He was born September 23, 1952 in Dunkirk to the late Charles and Flora (Lodge) McMahan, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Molly Key (Salyer) McMahan, they were married April 7, 1975 in Knobnoster, Missouri and she died May 1, 1997.

Ronald served our country, first in the United States Air Force and then the United States Army.
He had worked in maintenance after the service.

Surviving are his children: Shane (Lora)McMahan of Marion, Tracy (David) Duncan of Marion, and Jason (Randi) McMahan of Las Vegas.
Grandchildren- Joey McMahan, Tyler McMahan, Christopher Duncan, Sammantha Duncan, Kayley Duncan, Noah Duncan, Alister Duncan, Savannah Duncan, Serenity Duncan, Andrew Hutchinson, Anthony Hutchinson

Siblings: Clyde Weuthrich of Hamilton, Sue Taylor of Richwood, Bonnie LeMaster of Richwood, and Rosemary (Steve) Tindall of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

Graveside services will be held Friday December 18, 2020 at 11:00 am at the Claibourne Cemetery, Pastor Joseph Rhea will officiate, there will be Military Honors given by the Vietnam Veterans of American Chapter # 1095.

The Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home is assisting the family.

I'm so sorry to see Ron's passing. We were best buds when we worked at the old Wise's IGA in Richwood, and had a lot of fun and craziness after school and on weekends. I'll miss him. My condolences to his family. Gary Fields

I have know this man for 15 years. He is an amazing man, grand-father and father. He treated me as his own daughter not a daughter-n-law, he will be forever be missed and loved but I can promise he will never be forgotten. We live you always.
