Grace M. Mabry
Grace M. MabryYellowRoseGrace M. Mabry, 95, long-time resident of the Richwood Greene, formerly the Richwood Community Apts., died early Wednesday morning June 10, 2020 at the Memorial Gables in Marysville.

She was born February 6, 1925 in Longley, Ohio to the late James And Stella (Poper) Edgington, she was also preceded in death by her husband William T. Mabry, they were married August 2, 1942 and he died September 19, 1994, a daughter, Cindy Sever and six sisters and four brothers.

Grace was a hardworking farmwife who enjoyed the everyday activities of living on a farm. She was an excellent cook and baker of pies.

She was a member of the Richwood Civic Center, where she had helped with the meal program.

Grace was known for her care of others; she was a true caretaker.

Surviving are her daughter: Ruth (Steve) Lewis of Raymond, her nephew, whom she raised and treated as her son: Ray (Diann)Mabrey of Marion
Grandchildren: Sarah (Kristin) Lewis, Paul (Krista) Lewis, Ben (Kasey) Lewis, Hannah (Ana) Lewis, Bethany (Shawn) Lewis, Dustin (Marissa) Tidd, Joe, Heidi and Emily Tidd
10 great grandchildren
Son-in-law: Craig Sever of South Bend, Indiana
Special nieces: Sharon Salyer and Maxine Chors

Graveside services will be held Monday June 15, 2020 at 11:00 am at the Green Camp Cemetery, Pastor James Taylor will officiate. Friends may all Sunday from 2-4 pm at the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home in Richwood.

Memorial gifts may be made to the Richwood Civic Center, 21 North Franklin St. Richwood, Ohio 43344

Saddened to learn of Grace's passing.  I always enjoyed talking with her when I visited the Civic Center.  Treasure all of your happy memories of time spent together.

Grace was a part of my (Mary)growing up years.  Her mother took care of me when I was born. Our parents and Bill and Grace were close friends and remember visits. Sweet and beautiful lady.

I remember all the summers that I went to stay with her and uncle Bill. They were the best Aunt and Uncle to ever have . I will always cherish my memories of them both. Rest in peace Aunt Grace. I love you.

Ruth & family:  I will remember your mom's potato salad at the graduation receptions for her grandchildren.  Also, loved visiting with her.  May all the memories made with her give each of you comfort.
