So saddened by Mike's passing. I enjoyed catching up with him at our 50th high school reunion. ALS is such a nasty disease. I am so sorry he suffered with it. Wishing his family wonderful memories of their years together.

Mike will be deeply missed. We were good friends since childhood. Enjoyed swapping Air Force and work stories over the past few years; and our Ice Cream get togethers. My deepest sympathies to the family.

Mike and I were playmates as little boys in the 1950s. I remember him being very active in the Boy Scouts. He earned a lot of merit badges and became an Eagle Scout. I remember helping him sometimes with his paper route. And we were in band together in high school. He was a wonderful role model for his children and grand children. I’m sure they will honor his memory. I wish we could have reacquainted sooner. Would loved to have played a round of golf and skied with him. I will always remember our time as childhood friends. All my love to his family. God be with you in these times.

There are times when there are no words rich enough, when the memories of a family childhood carried through the decades are so very fragile and when to receive the word of this loss is so very sad. With the deepest love, respect, sympathy and prayers for you all. Rita and all her family
