I am so sorry to hear of Dick's passing and I send my sincerest condolences to Donna, Diane, and all the family.
I have known Dick since high school and we shared so many memories. Together we trapped muskrats, worked on race cars, parked side by side at the Drive-in, assembled grain bins and farm implements, double dated, and ordered HAM-BUR-GERS in Cancun. Dick was an all around great guy to everyone, always honest and sincere, and will be sorely missed by all who knew him. Rest In Peace my friend.

To Diane & All of Dick's family, Very sorry for your loss of Brother, Husband, Dad, Grandpa & Uncle. I'm sure Dick has left you all with plenty of great stories and memories to keep him in your hearts for a lifetime. I have some fun ones I still recall from time to time from being his backdoor neighbor as a young kid and then playing softball together later on.

Dick was absolutely one of the most important, stable, positive male influences in my life starting in Elementary school. As an adult now, I understand how much he sacrificed for not only his own children, but for many others, to be at softball practices (scheduled or impromptu) and games. He made me a better person, he helped me gain confidence, be a fair athlete, and instilled many of the sportsmanship values that I passed on to my son and use as an adult to this day.
