Heaven gained a beautiful angel! Vera was such a wonderful friend and a gem of the Prospect community alongside her late husband Cecil. We attended St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Prospect and later Waldo. I will miss her sweet smile, warm hugs and kisses on the cheek and our chats. Not a goodbye, but a see you later! My thoughts and prayers are with the family!

Dear Ones,
I am so sorry to hear of Vera's passing. She was such a precious woman of God. After Cecil's death
we had many "chats" concerning her emptiness and lonliness. She always asked me to pray for her, which I did. How precious to know that Jesus is her Savior and she is Home with Him eternally.
May God surround you all in His love and tender mercy.

So sorry to hear of Vera’s passing. I remember Mom and Vera working together at the bank in Prospect. They all would work together counting money in the camper at the 4th of July celebrations along with Uncle Charlie as well. She was always so sweet whenever we would be back in Ohio and always gave the kids and I hugs at church. She will join all the rest of our loved ones in Heaven. May God comfort the family,
