Terry Moore

Terry Moore 52, of LaRue, died unexpectedly May 23, 2018 at his home. He was born September 13, 1965 in Kenton to the late Robert and Marjorie Ann (Van Vlerah) Moore; he was also preceded in death by a sister, Carol Mitchell Terry worked in maintenance at Wal-Mart in Marion for 13 years, before that he had worked at J-Lenco in LaRue. He was a proud longtime resident of LaRue. Terry was an unassuming quiet guy, until you got to know him and then he could talk your socks off, just ask the girls at one of his favorite hang-outs, the Marathon station in LaRue. Terry enjoyed watching the monster trucks and always had an optimistic outlook on life. He will be missed by many friends. Surviving is his brother, Robert (Bonnie) Moore of Hilliard, Florida, nephew, Shawn (Tonya) Engle, niece, Valerie Wood and their families. Memorial services will be held Tuesday June 12, 2018 at 6:00 pm at the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home in LaRue; friends may call one hour prior to the service. Pastor Tim Pasma will officiate. Burial has taken place at the LaRue Cemetery. My husband worked side by side with him for about 7 years on the Walmart Waxing team and he trained him. He was always patient and kind. His death breaks out hearts but Terry is with his parents now.
