I first met Tom in 1992. He coached me in baseball. It was in Colt league from 1992 to 1994. He was a good coach a players coach. We all had fun playing for him and we won a lot of games. Over the years, we would run into each other and talk about all sorts of things. My dad had brain surgery last year and Tom would stop and check in on him to see how he was. Tom was a good coach, and a great guy and a good person. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Tammy and his entire family.
