Steve, Patty, Julie, and Jodie:  Please know that we send our most heartfelt sympathy to all of you in the loss of you Mother. Although I was young, I can remember her when she and your Dad(he and I were first cousins!) were dating and how happy they were! If I weren't so far away I would be there for her services.  However, we will be thinking of all of you at this sad time.

I first met Jeannette when I was a Freshman at North Union (1968).  Pat was in my class and I started hanging with guys from Magnetic.  Jeannette has remained my friend since that time.  After my daughter was killed in 20014 Jeannette became much more than a friend.  She became one of my "second Mom's".  When I was off the wall crazy, she took me in.  When I was angry and drinking hard.  She took me in.  When most other people were avoiding me; Jeannette talked to me, hugged me, and I believe she genuinely loved me.
Jeannette could have a rough edge to her, but if you got beyond that rough exterior she had a heart of pure gold. I will miss her and always consider her to be "Mom Jeannette".
