It was a sad day January 7th, for the Workman Family! I lost my cousin unexpectedly. He was always optimistic and no matter what would do anything to cheer you up. He lived for his children, his kids were his life. Wish you could have got the chance to meet my girls. Miss and love you cuzo!!

Stephen was a big influence on one of my sons, Mason. Mason would dress, walk and talk like Stephen after Stephen stayed with Walt and I on Blaine. The kids all loved when he came over or going to see him. Stephen was a wonderful person with a huge heart. He will be sadly missed but happily remembered in our home.

It's funny when I think of the years as kids and how I always saw Stephen as sort of a younger brother, despite the fact that he was indeed older than me. We hung out as well as got into our levels of mischief from time to time. The last time I saw him, I remember the pride he had in his face at becoming a father as he pulled out pictures. I will always remember that look of sheer joy and what being a father clearly meant to him.

Oops! It's been so long since I thought about how old he was that I flipped the six into a 9. I'm the older one.
Anyway, mistakes aside, I will miss him regardless and I wish the best for his family.
