So sorry to hear of your Mom's passing Jani. We are never are preparded for that. I can remember how much fun your Mom & Dad were when they came in to "Boyd's" to eat when I waitresswed there. Those are the memories we must cling to. You are in our thoughts & prayers.

Oh what good memories I have of Verna. She was always an uplifting person and made you feel better just being around her. Glad she was our neighbor for a little while. Thankful God put her in my life.

I loved your mom. She was always so gracious putting up with all of us girls. Even made us breakfast when we had slumber parties. Just a special lady.

Our thought's and prayers are with you all at this time. Our 1st year in Florida was wonderful-because they were both here and we enjoyed our time with them so much. Our time togeather was cut WAY to short when Uncle Dale died and Aunt Verna moved. We have missed them so much. We still have the grapefruit tree she wanted us to dig out of her yard and bring here,when she moved. She would always ask about it every time we saw her. She will be missed. Love Gary and JoAnne

I have lost a very best friend! Verna was first a friend and then she married my brother Dale and she became my sister and we really formed a wonderful relationship, not only was she a friend but she gave me five sweet nieces and a dear nephew!!!!
