Asking God's peace and love to surround your family during this sad time.  I was so happy to reconnect with Fred at our high school get-together in July.  I hadn't seen him since we graduated in 1970, but it was like no time had passed at all. He was a sweet guy, and I'll miss him.  God bless your family.

Dave and Fred (in their younger years) played slow-pitch softball.  He kept people entertained and always wore a smile.  Yes, he too enjoyed golf and hung with Dave and the guys from time to time. Gone too soon.  Our thoughts and prayers are with his family. Dave & Deb Clayton

I can’t even count
The things you’ve done for me
I can’t begin to list
Everything you’ve helped me through
You’re the only dad I’ve ever known
Since my father can’t be a man
You stepped in when we needed you most
You picked up the pieces
And fixed four shattered lives
And through the years
Gave us four brand new lives
You stuck with me
Through my hatred
Of you, of me, of the world
You always encouraged me
And told me I could do better
I never believed you
Until it happened
I never thought a step-dad
Could become such an influence
I never knew that a step-dad
Could be such a hero
I never guessed that my step-dad
Could become my dad

I miss you and you smile already!! I love you so much and miss u already!! you were great!! love your step daughter Rita and aunt Judy and uncle Jim so so sorry!!!

Our thoughts and prayers are given in support to family and friends of Fred.  I enjoyed the words that pictured Fred's winsome smile and fun spirit.  Memories are numerous of our times in High School and I express sorrow that I didn't get to play a round of golf with a good ol' buddy. Allow your memories of good times with Fred to encourage you through your time of loss.
