Jerry W. EachesMarco Island BridgeJerry W. Eaches age 72 of Radnor died unexpectedly Sunday afternoon April 15, 2012 at the Grady Memorial Hospital in Delaware

He was born September 26, 1939 in Marion County to the late Ralph and Ida Pearl (Craft) Eaches; he was also predeceased by his first wife Judith (Daeger) Eaches and one sister Judy Brown

Jerry was a veteran of the Army, was retired from P.P.G. in Delaware where he worked for over 30 yrs. He was an active and loyal member of the Waldo American Legion Post 605 where he enjoyed spending time. He was also a member of the Richwood Gun & Game Club and the N.R.A. Jerry enjoyed hunting and fishing, and one of his true joys in life was vacationing at his favorite spot, Marco Island, Florida.

Surviving is his wife Elizabeth LeVally (Mulligan) Eaches, whom he married February 15, 1986, one son: John Eaches of Delaware, one daughter: Jan (Joe) Belcher of Marion, stepchildren: Michelle (Kevin) Feasel of Richwood and Rusty LeVally of Mansfield, three Grandchildren: Kelsie Eaches, Allison and Emily Belcher, 7 Step Grandchildren and numerous step Great Grandchildren

Funeral services will be held Thursday April 19, 2012 at 11:00 am at the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home in Richwood, where friends may call Wednesday from 5-7 pm.
Pastor Joseph Rhea will officiate; burial with Military Honors conducted by the Richwood Area Veterans will be in the Claibourne Cemetery

Oh my, we are so sorry to hear of Jerry's passing.  The last time we saw him was several years ago on one of our trips back home (Richwood).  We even recognized one another.  Always good to see an old friend.  He will always be a part of my home memories.
