Pamela Sue Mounts
Pamela Sue MountsPamela Sue Mounts, age 61 of Caledonia died peacefully Saturday, February 25, 2012 at her home.  She was born December 25, 1950 in Marion to the late William Henry and Velma (Roush) Rush.

On October 5, 1974 she married Carl Mounts and he died October 6, 2009.  She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Christine Mounts and a brother, Dale Rush.

Pamela enjoyed gardening and camping where ever she could go, especially Paradise Acres at Lake Erie.

She is survived by two sons, Verne (Tonya) Mounts, Ashland; Brian (Kathy) Mounts, Cardington; four daughters, Elizabeth Parks, Indian Lake; Patricia E. Demorest, Prospect; Carleen (Mike) Cumston, Priest River, Idaho; Velma Kay (Richard) Beddow, Caledonia; sixteen grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, a brother, Larry (Kathy) Rush, Stone Mountain, Georgia; two sisters, Mona (Keith) Hess, Marion and her twin, Pat (Jim) Veach, Richwood.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at 11:00 AM in the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home, Prospect with Pastor Russell Howard officiating.  Friends may call Tuesday from 5 to 8 PM at the funeral home in Prospect.

Since Pamela suffered from COPD, memorial gifts may be made to the American Lung Association, 1301 Pennsylvania Ave. NW, Suite 800, Washington, DC 20004 (www.lung.org).

Velma and Kids,
I am so sorry for your loss. Your mom/grandma was a wonderful person. I know how hard it is to loos a loved one, as my grandpa just died the end of December. Our prayers are with you and your family during this time. May you all since God's loving presence and touch.

I am so sorry to hear of Pam's passing.  She was a good friend and a great camper.  I will forever cherish the memories of our long talks at the campground.  You all will be in my thoughts and prayers during the difficult period ahead.
