Eva was our neighbor on Girard and my Mom (Helen Barr's) best friend.  Eva was a special lady and she will be missed.  Now she is with Mom in heaven.

Carol and family,
There are no words which can comfort you at this time.  There can be nothing more painful than to lose a parent.  May God's strength pull you through this time and his grace shine upon you.  Your Friend in Christ,
Robyn

Aunt Eva, I remember the gatherings on Girard Ave, as well as those in Richwood. The time was long ago, but the memories continue. Peace and blessings upon you and your family.

Carol and family, please know how sad I was to see your mom's picture in the Marion Star.  I remember her sweet face and personality from our church days years ago...maybe Emmanuel or Grace Baptist. I even remember spending a night at your house on Davids Street. She obviously made a real impression on me. God bless you all.
