Roger Dale Evans

Roger Dale Evans, age 61 of Columbus, formerly of Richwood, died Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at Minerva Park Nursing Center in Columbus. He was born July 26, 1950 in Kenton to the late Dale and Pearle F. (Stevens) Evans.

He is survived by his partner, Phillip Donnelly, Columbus; two children, Jonathan Evans, Pennsylvania; Tamara (Evans) Shahbazi, Georgia; two brothers, Rodney (Jean) Evans, Kenton; and Randy (Joanne) Evans, Camden.

There will be no formal services.

The family requests that no flowers be sent.
