It's been 2 1/2 years since my daddy died and it still isn't easy. He was always there when I needed him and that meant so much. It didn't matter what I had done, he always loved and supported my decisions. It'll never be easy not having him here with us but I know I'll see him again some day. I wish he had been able to know his granddaughter better but I'm just glad they were able to spend those few months together so at least she can say she was held by him. I love you, daddy, and I always will.
