We (my husband Cec Charles) and I so enjoyed Cec's friendship.  He was a great customer of ours for many years.  Then it was good to visit and see him at the Resturant. He was very pleased with the new bridge and his name thereof as well he should be with the many years of service he gave.

Cecil was a part of our growing up years in Prospect. At noon or after school some of the boys would gather at Cec's station and BS, like boys do.  Cec's was young enough to relate to the guys.  He always was a positive influence on the young boys around town. He was an all around good guy.  All the town kids, boys and girls, loved Cec.  He will be missed by many.  The good thing is, we will see him again someday.  He will be waiting on the other side....
