Leonard Was my father's, Arthur L. Barber, first cousin. My Grandmothers name was Myrna (Patterson) Barber, a sister to Viola (Patterson) Hoodlet. We lived on E. 20th Avenue in Columbus and Leonard lived on E. 19th Avenue the next block over. I remember going over to leonards house for parties and birthdays. He will be sadly missed. Our Prayers go out to the Hoodlet Family. May God Bless.

I was saddened to learn of my Uncle Leonard's passing. I am sure he now  rests in God's awesome presence. May you find peace in this time of parting with him from earth and know that one day you will reunite in Heaven. I have many fond memories of family gatherings, especially the ones we had @ his Hoskins Rd. home..delicious meals, playing on the big spools out in the yard & the family reunions!

Dennis,
Sorry to hear about your loss.
Our thoughts are with you and your family.
Both of my parents are gone, so I know that time is the only thing that will ease your pain and sense of loss. Enjoy the fact that you had your Dad as long as you did. See you back at the work camp,
Rollie
