So very sorry to hear about John.  Please know that we are praying for you.  He was a 'lover of his family,' obvious from spoken words of his children.  What a wonderful tribute.

To My Family...

He will be missed but Uncle Johns spirit will always remain. He is now reunited with all his family, what a joyful day for them all but a sad day for those of us who remain.  Rest in Peace Uncle John...

John and my Dad (Lowell Mc Wade) were fishing buddies.  I remember the time a storm blew up on Lake Erie and John drove Dad's boat back to shore and all the guys were safe.

Thankyou John. You will be missed.

Sincerely,
Sharon Hutchinson

Marian, Ronda, Dean & Annette,
John was a good friend and someone I always looked up to. I remember finding his wallet one day out at the ball diamond behind the school. He must have been out there hitting fly balls to the kids. I walked down to the hatchery and handed it to him. He said thanks Johnny Joe and gave me 2 dollars, I was in hog heaven. He will be missed and in our thoughts and prayers.

Love to you all,
Johnny Joe and Lisa

Aunt Marian and Family,

I was so shocked and sad to hear about Uncle John's passing. We loved him very much and he will be missed.

I am sure that he, Aunt Keitha Mae and Dad are sitting up in heaven together looking over all of us - - as they always did - - and probably bickering at each other and enjoying big belly laughs - - like they always did.

We love you and our prayers and wishes for comfort are with all of you.

My condolances to the Ridgeway family. My first job was working for John and Dean in the hatchery, and both taught me things I remember to this day. It was John Ridgeway and men like him that made LaRue such a great place to grow up in. Thanks, Bill

My fondest memory of your father was ... of course, the colored baby chicks, LOL. What else, LOL? Your dad was graceous enough to share in his wealth to make us kids (in your class) have the best Easter ever. And that he did. I think we all felt special.

I hope Dean it made you feel special to be able to do that for your class because I'm sure that was your dad's intent.

I'm sorry that I missed the funeral. I just found out. I'm so sorry for your loss. I pray that you, Micki and Marian can ease the pain by remembering the good things about John. Please give your mother my love. God Bless you all. Please know you are in my prayers.

Take Care With A Smile,
Karen Redd-McCann
