Florence Earhart age 77 of Richwood died late Sunday evening November 29, 2009 at The Gables in Green Pastures, where she had been residing.
She was born February 8, 1932 in Marion to the late Raymond and Mary Elizabeth (Schmidt) Gay, she was also predeceased by 1 son: Raymond G. Earhart and 1 daughter: Linda Harper
Florence was a homemaker who loved raising cows and pigs on the farm; she had a caring touch with all animals.
Surviving is her husband George L. Earhart whom she married April 8, 1950 in Marion and1 daughter: Mildred (Lester) Hall of Richwood
Grandchildren: Jesse James Simpkins, Amber Marie Hall (Chuck) Ramey and Mark Anthony Ray Hall
Great Grandchildren: Chuckie and Halee Ramey
Brother and Sisters: Raymond W. (Ann) Gay of Marion, Sue (Pat) Neff of Marion and Margaret (John) Gibson of London
Funeral services will be held Thursday December 3, 2009 at 11:00 am at the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home in Richwood, where friends may call Wednesday from 4-7 pm, burial will be in the Claibourne Cemetery, Pastor Joseph Rhea will officiate
Memorial gifts may be made to the Memorial Hospital Developmental Fund for the Gables at 660 London Ave. Marysville, Ohio 43040

Mildred, so sorry to hear about your mom. She was a very nice lady. I know you will miss her. If anything I can do please let me know. Tell your dad that you, he and the whole family has my deepest sympathy and my thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

George, I don't know if you will remember me or not. I am John and Pat Harris's daughter and I remember you and Florence when you lived on Oliver and you both were on the C B. I often thought about both of you and am so sorry to hear about Florence. Just know my thought and prayers are with you and your family
