Daniel F. Reames |
 Daniel F. "Danny" Reames, age 58 of Richwood, passed away unexpectedly Monday, June 29, 2009 at Marion General Hospital. He was born February 15, 1951 in Marion to Maxine (Holycross) Reames and the late Carrol Reames.
He was a former employee of Marion Power Shovel and attended the First Baptist Church of Richwood. Danny enjoyed watching the morning sunrise either on the front porch swing or on a bench uptown, where he enjoyed visiting with people and the uptown business owners. Danny also enjoyed time spent with family, especially at dinners and cookouts.
He is survived by his mother, four sisters, Sandra (James) Borders, Marion; Brenda (Wes) Blanton, Caledonia; Carol (Chris) Loudermilk, Richwood; Regina (Steve) Allison, Richwood; two nephews and a niece, Ben and Heather Loudermilk, Richwood, and Kyle Tannyhill, Caledonia.
Funeral services will be held Friday, July 3, 2009 at 11:00 AM in the Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home, Richwood with Pastor Robert Hughes officiating. Burial will follow in Claibourne Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 7 PM on Thursday.
Memorial gifts may be made to the Richwood First Baptist Church, 101 E. Ottawa Street, Richwood, OH 43344.
