The years are going by fast. We had to make a trip to WV for Aunt Jean's funeral and the Workmen girls asked about you. I told them it did not seem long since you left us, but we know you are in a better place. Love and miss you, Love, Marsha Kay

It does not seem like 7 years ago you left us. You have blessed me every summer/spring by helping the flowers I have saved from your home before it was sold. I just regrett not taking more of them now that the home is not there any more.

Marlene and Amy and family,
I was very sorry to hear of your mom/grandma passing. My fondest memories of your mom/grandma include witnessing the friendly banter between my dad and her. Dad never called her by her name, he always called her "Grumpy" and she seemed to love the invitation to lash back verbally, which would usually end in my dad laughing one of his deep resounding belly laughs. One year she gave my dad a Christmas present, wrapped up nicely with a bow and he opened it up and it was coal and a stick. Dad LOVED it. He kept it right in the box for quite a while and it made him chuckle all over again every time he looked at it. Dad always welcomed a worthy opponent who understood his humor and sarcasm. Your mother/grandmother was a good lady and I will miss her. I am certain my dad was there to greet her and that they picked up right where they left off teasing each other. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time of loss.
Regards,
Andrea

Marlene & Family...Fond memories of your mother at church in Essex. I loved her spirit! She and Clay were part of the "church family" that made it a wonderful place to worship. My Deepest Sympathy. Barb

Dear Marsha,
I am very sorry for the loss of your Mother. I really enjoyed your mom every time I had an occasion to talk with her at Essex Church. She and I teased each other as your mom did so well! I know how concerned she always was with Brenda and that means alot.
She had a good life, and you all should be proud that she made HER OWN way in the world.
God Bless You
MARTY HARRISON
