Mildred Emma Rose, 73, of Prospect died unexpectedly Thursday, July 19, 2007 at home. She was born January 11, 1934 in Geistown, Pennsylvania to the late Neal and Gertrude (Mulsey) Foltz.
She was a member of the Sacred Heart Church in Cardington and also St. Mary Church in Marion, and Delaware Fraternal Order of Eagles. She loved the outdoors and fishing, and loved to play Bingo. On May 6, 1950, she married Blaine Edward Rose, who survives in Prospect. She is also survived by 2 sons, Ed Rose (Agnes), Prospect; Ben Rose (Bridget), Prospect; 4 daughters, Joyce Rose (Tammy), Marion; Diane Lloyd (Joe), Marengo; Trudy Beltz (Levi), Newark; Susy Rose, Worthington; 1 brother, Wade Foltz (Evelyn), Geistown Pennsylvania; 1 sister Jean Staley, Lily, PA; 7 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, July 24, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. in the Gehm-Ballinger Funeral Home, Prospect with Father Mike Nimocks officiating. Burial will follow in Prospect Cemetery.
