Jack Eugene Shark

Jack Eugene Shark, born October 3, 1965 to Thomas L. and Marvina Harmon Shark, left us May 15, 2006 due to injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident May 6, 2006 in Columbia, South Carolina. Besides his parents, he is survived by step-mother, Helen Shark, Gaston, SC; sisters Dawn (Jody) Powell of Beaufort, NC; Rhonda (Marc) Winterstein, St. Matthews, SC; special friend, Cindy Watson, Lexington, SC; maternal grandmother, Armilda Tilton, LaRue; paternal step-grandmother Avalon Shark, Richwood; extended family Ed and Cathy Minch and sons Eddy and Mark of Newport, NC; 5 nieces, 1 great-niece and numerous cousins. He was preceded in death by maternal grandfather, Burton Harmon; step-grandfather, Clay Tilton; and paternal grandparents, Edgar L. and Wanda (Hoffman) Shark. Memorial Services will be held Sunday, June 11, 2006 at 2:00 PM in the Ballinger Funeral Home, Richwood with Rev. Fred Cheney officiating.  Friends may call 1 hour prior to the service.  In lieu of flowers, charitable contributions may be made to the family or a charity of the donor’s choice.  Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.ballingerfuneralhome.com. He unfortunately not. There are not many days I go without thinking of him. I miss you brother. My heart still hurts all these years later. To the family, I'm sorry for your tremendous loss.
