Martha Louise McBride

Martha Louise McBride, 75, of Richwood died Sunday, Aug. 14,1994, at her residence after having been in failing health for three months. She was a former employee of MarblCast and was a member of Central United Methodist Church and the VFW Auxiliary of Richwood. She was born Feb. 5, 1919, in Union County to the late Charles F. and Flora L. Kramer Davis. She was predeceased by two brothers. She married Roy McBride on Jan. 23,1945, in Pascagoula, Miss., and he survives. She is also survived by two daughters, Sue Ann Bails of Phoenix, Ariz., and Monna McBride of Richwood; two granddaughters; a brother, Bill Davis of Richwood; and a sister, Mrs. Helen Smith of Richwood. Funeral services will be held at 11 am. Wednesday at the Ballinger Funeral Home. The Rev. Fred Cheney will officiate and interment will be at the Claibourne Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Richwood Emergency Squad and Fire Department Association.
