Margaret M. Disbennett

Longtime Richwood resident, Margaret M. Disbennett, 98, died Sunday, Oct. 26, 1997 at Marion General Hospital. She had been in failing health for several months. The daughter of Samuel Junius and Margaret Ann McMillen Bumgarner was born July 3,1899 in. Union County. Her husband, Thomas E. Disbennett, whom she married April 21,1919, preceded her in death in 1955. She was a member of Pharisburg United Methodist Church, the Richwood Civic Center and its Kitchen Band. Surviving arc six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild. Two sons and eight brothers and sisters are deceased. The Rev. Barry Ludwig conducted funeral services Wednesday, Oct. 29 at Ballinger Funeral Home. Burial was at Price Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Richwood Civic Center, 235 Grove St., Richwood, OH 43344.
