 Sarah Louise Kraner Brown, 84, of Richwood died Saturday, July 10, 1999, at her residence.
She was a beautician for 50 years and owned the Charm Beauty Shop in Richwood. She was a member of Union Baptist Church and Mount Carmel Chapter 42 Order of the Eastern Star. She was bom Dec. 12, 1914, in Hardin County to the late George William and Emma Dell Williams Kraner and was predeceased by a sister. She married Willis A. Brown in 1934 and he died in 1976. She is survived by two nephews, Edwin (Betty) Dennison of Cass Town and Donald (Genora) Dennison of Elora, Tenn.; a niece, Dorothy (Joe) Huffman of West Mansfield; friends, Terry (Lucy) Higginbotham of Richwood and Lewis Kuba of Richwood; and several great-nieces and -nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Ballinger Funeral Home in Richwood. The Rev. Fred Cheney will officiate and burial will be at York Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home where an Eastern Star service will be held at 6 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Quality of Life Hospice, 458 E. Center St..
