| Don E. Obenour, 62, of Ostrander died Friday, Jan. 29,1999, at his home.
He was a retired railroad car man. He was born May 16, 1936, in Marion to the late Edwin Gerald and Florence Esther Miller Obenour and was predeceased by a brother and a sister. He is survived by a daughter, Angela Betts of Magnetic Springs; a lifelong friend, Darla Endsley of Ostrander; three grandchildren; six brothers, Kenneth (Shannon), Paul (Bonnie), John, Gerald and Keith of Marion and Roger of California; three sisters, Iris (Dick) Lower and Lois (John) Stine of Marion and Sherry (John) Sharp of Jeffersonville, Ind. Private funeral services will be held and burial will be at Chapel Heights Memory Gardens. Arrangements are being handled by the Ballinger Funeral Home in Richwood. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice at Grady Memorial Hospital. This is archival information that was taken from (perhaps old) paper documents.
