Donald Jackson
Donald Jackson, 55, of Tullahoma, Tenn., died Thursday, April 27,2000 in
Manchester, Tenn., following a brief illness.
An electrical engineer, he was employed by LSI Marcole in Manchester
and was formerly employed by Abbott and Co. for 32 years.
He was born April 25, 1945 in Mt. Sterling, Ky., to Conway and Maymie
Carl Jackson. He was predeceased by his father and one brother.
He is survived by his wife, Emma Williams Jackson of Tullahoma, whom
he married Dec. 5, 1964; his mother of Marion; five.sons, David Matthew
(Candy) Jackson of Tullahoma, Donald Douglas Jackson of Prospect, Daniel
Dean (Angle) Jackson ofi5*cospect,{Jx)hn!Jlobert Jacksori'dlbMtoGiifeadjand,
Christopher Ccfi way'Jackson-of Tullahoma- 'a trother; Jerry Jacksorrof Mari!
ion; and five grandchildren-Davey Jackson1 and Kyle' Jackson-bf Gaton;
Danny Jackson and Adam Jackson of Prospect, and August Jackson of Mt!
Gilead.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 2, 2000, at 11 a.m. at the
Gehm-Ballinger Funeral Home in Prospect with the Rev. C. Rorke Warae
officiating. Burial will be in Prospect Cemetery. Friends may call Monday
from 6 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Contributions may be made to the American Hemochromatosis Society,
777 E. Atlantic Ave., Delray Beach, Fla., 33483-5352. Cards will be available
at the funeral home.
