Dorothy Marie Hedges, 82, of Radnor died unexpectedly Monday, May 27,
2002, at Grady Memorial Hospital. She was a clerk at Sears for 15 yxears and a member of the Radnor Baptist Church and Prospect Senior Citizens. She was born June 14, 1919, in Marion County to the late Orlando W. and Della Mae Beard Fox and was predeceased by four brothers and two sisters. She is survived by her husband, Luther whom she married Nov. 24, 1943; a son, Gary Hedges of Radnor; a daughter, Carol (William) Crawford of Sycamore; three grandchildren, Angie, Stacy and Randal Crawford; and a sister, Ruth Alma (Al) Threlfall of Prospect. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the Radnor Baptist Church. The Rev. Frank Busbey will officiate and burial will be at the Radnor Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Gehm-Ballinger Funeral Home in Prospect. Memorial contributions may be made to the Radnor Baptist Church or Prospect Senior Citizens.
