Jack Arthur "JJ" Musgrave Jr., 28, of Madisonville, Ky., died Thursday,
Sept. 25, 2003. He was an auto mechanic. He was born Aug. 15, 1975, in Fairmont, W.Va., and was predeceased by his father, Jack Arthur Musgrave Sr. and a son, Jack Arthur Musgrave III. He is survived by his mother, Rosemary (Mark) Price of Marysville; a daughter, Harley Jo Sutherland-Musgrave; grandparents, Ernest B. and Peggy Jamison and Fred and Velva Furno of Richwood; great-grandmothers, Agnes G. Lemunyon of Greensboro, Pa., and Dorothy Jamison of Sebring, Fla.; step-grandfather, Arthur Price; a brother, Nicholas M. Price of Columbus; a sister, Brooks Price of Claibourne; an uncle, Wayne Musgrave of Fairmont; and the mother of his children, Joey Musgrave. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Ballinger Funeral Home in Richwood. The Rev. Fred Cheney will officiate and burial will be at the Claibourne Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday. Memorial contributions may be made to the Jack A. Musgrave Memorial Fund, c/o WECU Credit Union, P.O. Box 426, Marysville.
