Lester C. "Buck" Lamb
Lester C. "Buck" Lamb, 62, of LaRue, died unexpectedly Sunday. He was dead on arrival May 17, 1970 at Hardin Memorial Hospital at 11:02 a.m. following an apparent heart attack.
He was a sheet metal worker at the Osgood plant of Marion Power Shovel Co., Inc.      -
Born Aug. 11, 1907 in LaRue, he was a son of John Thomas and Artensa McKeejLamb. He married Imogene Means Sept. 17, 1932, in LaRue ajid she survives.
He was a World War I veteran and was a member of the Phillipi-Clement Po^t of the American Legion at LaRue.
Surviving in addition to his widow are three daughters, Jane at home, Mrs. Wilma earner of LaRue and Mrs. Barbara Dutton of New Blooming-ton; two grandchildren; a brother, Carl of Michigan, and three sisters, Mrs. Mary Ann Shirea and Mrs. Rhea Emptage of LaRue and Mrs. Lula Tanny-hill of Marion.
Services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the Ford Funeral Home at LaRue. Rev. Frederick W. Haley will officiate and burial will be in LaRue Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 tonight and from 3 to 5 anc} 7 to 9 on Tuesday.
