John Howe Roebuck, 78, Marion, died Monday at 8:30 a.m.Nov 3, 1975 at the Community Nursing Center in Marion.
A native of Richwood, he was born March 18,1897 to Dr. L. L. and Maude (Collier) Roebuck. He was married in 1920 in New York to Marie Curry who survives. He was a veteran of World War I, member of the First United Methodist Church of Richwood and graduated from Richwood High School in 1914 and from Ohio State University in 1918. He is a 50 year member of Mt. Carmel Lodge F.&A.M. in Richwood. Funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Stofcheck Funeral Home in Richwood with the Rev. Daniel E. Huther officiating. Friends may call Wednesday afternoon and evening after 2 p.m. Masonic service will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will be hiMarion Cemetery.
