Raymond R., 82 6886 DeCliff-Big Island Road New Bloomington Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Stofcheck Funeral Home in LaRue by the Rev. Frederick W. Haley, with burial in Agosta Cemetery. Friends may call after 7 tonight and Tuesday afternoon and evening. He died at 6 a.m. Sunday at San Antonio Professional Nursing Facility in Kenton. He was born May 2, 1892, in Martel to Jacob and Christine (Kober) Kurtz. He was married to Clara Mae Kraner Sept. 12, 1923. She survives. He was a retired farmer and a member of the IOOF Lodge of New Bloomington. Also surviving are a sister, Mrs. Emma Burkhart of Martel; nieces and nephews. Two brothers and a sister are deceased.
