Mary Evelyn Danner, 62, 4242 Keener Road W., Marion, died at 3 p.m. Friday May 20, 1988 in Marion General Hospital.
She was born Jan. 9,1926 in LaRue, a daughter of the late John and Nell Jones Withrow. On May 15, 1947, she married Robert B. Danner. He survives. Mrs. Danner was a retired employee of Tecumseh Products, She was a member of the Emanuei Lutheran Church and served as a volunteer at Marion Manior. Surviving in addition to her husband are three sons, John R. Danner, New Bloomington, Richard E. Danner, Green Camp, and David C. Danner, Marion; two daughters, Jerry Lee Sedgwick, Marion and Patricia A. Armstrong, Williamsburg, Mich.; a brother, Wesley B. Withrow, New Bloomington; a sister, Barbara J. Spitzer, LaRue; and seven grandchildren. The funeral service will be 2 p.m. Monday in the Stofchcck Funeral Home, LaRue. Burial will follow in Agosta Cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Sunday and also Sunday evening. Contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
