Virginia H. Corbin, 71, 350 Place St., LaRue, died in her home Thursday May 6, 1990.
She was born Nov. 24, 1918, near Green Camp, to Virden Hancock and Lucy Idelphia Cleveland Dutton. On Jan. 11, 1936, she married Donald J. Corbin, who died in 1984. She was a cook for LaRue schools before retiring in 1957 and was a former member of LaRue Pythian Sisters. Surviving are two sons, William E. Corbin, LaRue, and James B. Corbin. Ridgeway; a daughter, Mrs. Robert (Eileen) Clement, LaRue; a brother, Donald L. Dutton, LaRue; three sisters, Arwilda Gardner and Eva Adams, Kenton, and Rachel Fern Beery, Marion; 10 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. A brother and two sisters are deceased. The service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday in Stofcheck Funeral Home, LaRue, by the Rev. Jerry Lewis. Burial will be in Agosta Cemetery.
