Aug 30, 1990 RICHWOOD — Lester L. Manley, 96, residing here with his daughter Mrs. Stan (Errawanna) Krawczyk died Thursday at Union County Memorial Hospital, MarysvilIe. He was born in Agosta Jan. 15, 1894, a son of George and Kathryn Manley.
Mr. Manley. retired in 1959 from employment with Pollak Steel, Marion, after 34 years of service. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War I and was of Methodist faith. His wife, the former Iris H. Me-hring, whom he married April 3, 1920, died Feb. 8, 1986. Also surviving are two other daughters, Mrs. Royal (Maxine) Webb and Pam Lambert, Richwood; two sons, Wayne Manley and Monte Webb, Marion; seven grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren. Four brothers and a sister are deceased. The service will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Stofcheck Funeral Home with the Rev. Harley Roston officiating. Burial will be in Price Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home 4-8 p.m. Saturday. Memorial contributions may be made to Essex United Methodist Church.
