Irvin Dutton
July 19, 1991 Services for Irvin Dutton will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Stofcheck Funeral Home, LaRue, by the Revs. Thomas J. Lasley, David Elliott and John Dean. Burial will be in Agosta Cemetery with military services conducted by the Phillippi-Clement Post No. 101 of American Legion, LaRue.
Friends may call today from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Eastern Star services will be at 8 p. m. with Masonic services to follow.
Memorials may be made to the heart fund or American Cancer Society. -
He died at 6:40 a.m. Friday, July 19, 1991, ih Marion General Hospital.
He was born April 20, 1909, in LaRue to Warren Lee and Luethel fWorline) Dutton. On Sept. 4, 1934, he married Golda Irene Kinsler and she survives.
Also surviving are a son, Michael W. of Orange Park, Fla.; two sisters, Mrs. Loa May Amstutz of LaRue and Mrs. DaLee Gilliam, Lakeland, Fla.; and two grandchildren.    
He was a World War II veteran of the U.S. Navy and was the recipient of the Purple Heart. He was a life member of the Disabled American Veterans.
He was a retired bus mechanic for the Elgin Local Schools.
He was a member of the LaRue United Methodist Church, LaRue Lodge 463 Fraternal and Accepted Masons and he was a 32nd degree Mason, White Shrine of Jerusalem No. 15 and the Mary Lenox Chapter 98 of the Order of the Eastern Star.
