Mae E. Laughrey

Mae E. Laughrey, 96, of Raymond died unexpectedly Sunday April 11, 1993 at her residence. She was a homemaker and a member of die United Brethren Church in York Center. She was born Sept. 10,1896, in Pottersburg to the late Mathias H. and Mary Alice Johnson Rosebrook. She married Elsworth J. Laughrey and he died April 21,1964. She was also predeceased by a daughter, four brothers and two sisters. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Leona Brown of Richwood, Mrs. Clifford (Starling) Gibson of Richwood and Mrs. Richard (Betty) Tevis of Raymond, with whom she made her home; 19 grandchildren; 39 greatgrandchildren; and 16 great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Stofcheck Funeral Home in Richwood. The Revs. Earl Cosand and David Peters will officiate and interment will be at the York Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. Memorial contributions may be made to the Central Ohio Arthritis Foundation.
