LARUE—Nellie Mae Williamson, 91, LaRue-Green Camp Road, died 10 p.m. Friday June 25, 1993 at her home.
She was born May 14, 1902, in Mt. Victory, daughter of the late Heman and Nancy (Lane) Tobey. In 1921, she married Fred Appelfeller, who died in 1927. She married Lloyd H. Williamson in 1943. He died Feb.5, 1979. Mrs. Williamson was a member of LaRue United Methodist Church and the In His Name Circle, and associate member of Mary Martha Circle, Marion Farm Bureau, and Mary Lenox Chapter 98 of Order of the Eastern Star. She is survived by five grandchildren, Terry Lee, Tom J. and Lewis Ted Hafer, all LaRue, Bethany Ann Akins. Grosse Pointe Farms, Mich., and Nancy Jane Stover, LaRue; and nine greatgrandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Mrs. J. Lewis (Dorothy) Hafer, two brothers, and a great-grandchild. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Stofchek Funeral Home in LaRue, with the Rev. Lowell Sharrock officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Friends may call 7-9 tonight. There will be an Eastern Star service at 8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to LaRue United Methodist Church.
