RICHWOOD — Norma N. Beery, 71, Kinney Pike, died Wednesday morning,Decmeber 28 1994 at Americare/Marion.
She was born June 10, 1923, in Marion County, the daughter of the late Oscar and Martha B. (Rexroth) Hord. On Nov. 7, 1943, in Prospect, she married Stanley Beery and he survives. Mrs. Beery, a homemaker, was a graduate of Harding High School and a member of First Baptist Church, Richwood; Prospect Senior Citizens, Richwood Civic Center and the former Claibourne Grange. She also is survived by three sons, Gary Beery, Radnor, and Michael and Bruce Beery, both of Richwood; a daughter, Sheryl Baird, Richwood; and nine grandchildren. She was preceded in death by five brothers and four sisters. The funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Stofcheck Funeral Home, Richwood, with the Rev. Jerry Neal officiating. Burial will be in Prospect Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday. Memorial contributions may be made to Prospect Senior Citizens, Richwood Civic Center and/or American Cancer Society. Pallbearers will be Ben Beery, Brandon Beery, Luke Baird, Dave Baird, Buddy Hord and Bob Lee.
