Seth Devin Payne
Marion native Seth Devin Payne, 15, Snyder Road, died Friday evening, January 13, 1995 at his residence.
The son of Jack and Mona (Mowery) Payne, who survive, he was born Sept. 13, 1979.
He was a ninth-grade student at North Union High School, where he was active in the marching, concert and pep bands. He attended Claibourne United Methodist Church, was a member of Lucky Leesburg 4-H Club and Union County Sheriff's Explorers, and was a junior member of Richwood Gun and Game Club.
He also is survived by his paternal grandmother, Edna Payneof Marysville; two brothers, Brian Payne of Marysville and Lyle Payne of Middleburg.
Calling hours will be held 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday at Stofcheck Funeral Home in Richwood, where the funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m.Tuesday by the Rev. Dan Smith. Burial will be in Claibourne Cemetery.
