Jessica Lyan-Renea McCormack, 1, New Bloomington, died Friday September 22, 1995 at Children's Hospital in Columbus.
She was born Aug. 5, 1994 in Ironton, to Jeffery Allen and Annette (Dowdy) McCormack Sr., and they survive. She is also survived by a brother Jeffery A. McCormack Jr., at home; paternal grandparents, Charles McCormack, New Bloomington, and Mrs. Carol Freeman, South Point; and maternal grandparents James Dowdy of Florida and Mrs. Pam Culwell of LaRue. Funeral services are 2 p.m. Tuesday at White Oaks Freewill Baptist Church, with Rev. Clyde Thompson Jr. officiating. Burial is in Agosta Cemetery. Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. Monday at the Stofcheck Funeral Home, LaRue. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
