Martha  G. Boaz
RICHWOOD —Martha  G. Boaz, 94, Richwood, died Saturday morning, 1995 at Union Manor Nursing Home.
Born Jan. 22, 1902, in Ashland, Ky., she was the daughter of the late William and Emma (Large) __Gibbon.s.
SEe~married John D. Boaz, and he preceded her in death, j She moved to rural. Richwood from the Ashland, Ky., area about 15 years ago. She was a homemak-er and a member of Park United Methodist Church in Lexington, Ky., and Red Bird Mission Circle of. the W.S.C.S.
She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Richard (Emma Lynn) Gray, Richwood;   a   brother,   Harry 0:Gibbons, Ironton; three sisters, Ruth Wheeler, Lexington, Ky., Mrs. Melvin (Helen) Everett, Piqua, Harriot Bailey, Ashland, Ky.; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by seven sisters.
The funeral is at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Ashland, Ky., Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel, burial wi/lfollow in Ashland Cemetery. No calling hours will be observed at Stofcheck Funeral Home, which is liandlifig arrangements.  Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in care of the funeral home.
