Calvin C. "John'' Lehman
Calvin C. "John'' Lehman, 76, of 23508 Hardin Co. Rd. 190, LaRue. died Monday May 6, 1996 at hip residence.
He was born April 7. 1920 to Lima to the late Harley anmd Edna (Schiller) Lehman.
Ho married March 23. 1946. Violet (Jackie) Russell Lehman, and she preceded him in death June 4. 1986.
He was a member of Grace Baptist Church. He was a retired welder from Marion Power Shovel, and he also was a WW II Army Veteran serving in Europe. He was a ROW. for 10 months in Germany He was a recipient of the Bronze Star Medal and a member of Military Order of the Purple Heart A Member of the William Britton Post 6817 V.F.W of Mount Victory and the Mount Victory Sportsmen's Club.
He is survived by four sons. John   Calvir.   Lehman.   LaRue Stephen   Paul   Lehman.   New Bloonangton. Gan Lee Lehman, and Chuck Russell. LaRue; and two daughters. Karen Sue Freeman. Marion and Brenas Kay Schenkci. New   Bloomington:   a   brother. Charles Lehman. Marion; and a sister, Bessie Sparks. Viola. Ark.: 10 prandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers.
Funeral sendee is 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Grace Baptist Church with the Rev. C.L. Fuqua officiating. Burial is in LaRue Cemetery where praveside Military Rites will be conducted bv the William Britton Post 6817 V.F.W. of Mount Victory
Friends may call from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at Stofcheck Funeral Home, LaRue.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Quality of Life Hospice.
