C. Wayne Goken, 79,9457 North St., LaRue, died Tuesday at his residence.
Bom Feb. 10, 1918, in Weldon, HI., he was the son of the late Russell and Grace (Heffley) Goken. On Dec. 29, 1945, he married Inez Everett and she survives. He was a self-employed farmer, a heavy equipment operator and worked in construc- tion. He had driven a milk truck for Isalys and also did construction i work for the Marion Crawford Community Action Center. He was an Air Force veteran of World War II and member of the Phillippi-Clement Post 101 American Legion, LaRue. He is also survived by a brother C. Dale Goken, Marion; and a niece. The funeral is 2 p.m. Saturday at Stofcheck Funeral Home, LaRue, with the Rev. Keith Weller officiating. Burial is in LaRue Cemetery. Friends may call 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
