MARION — Charles Leo Myers, age 72, of 883 Sheridan Road, Marion, died Wednesday, March 18, 1998, at 6:30 p.m. at Americare Marion.
He was born June 10, 1925, to the late Joe and Dorothy (Knoll) Myers., Mr. Myers was a World War II veteran serving in the U.S. Navy and was an asbestos worker. He is survived by a friend, Christine Finley of Marion; and three sisters, Lorraine Roeber, Charlotte Bieble and Margaret Lutz, all of Baltimore, Md. Memorial services will be held Wednesday, March 25,' 1998, at 7 p.m. at the Stofcheck Funeral Home in Larue. Friends will be received one hour before the service time.
