LARUE — Helen L. Outland, age 87, of 417 N. Front St., LaRue, Ohio, died Saturday, April 4, 1998, at 8:22 p.m. at MedCenter Hospital in Marion.
She was born June 23, 1910, in LaRue to the late Charles J. and Martha A. (McKee) Albert. On May 27, 1929, she married Russell L. Outland and he died December 12, 1983. She is survived by one son, John E. (Sheena) Outland of Marion; one daughter, Mrs. M. Lillian (Harry) Roberts of LaRue; five grandchildren, Douglas (Debbie) Roberts of LaRue, Richard (Jeannie) Roberts of Bucyrus, Lance Roberts of LaRue, Kelly Howell and Todd Outland both of Marion; five greatgrandchildren, Christina and Adam Roberts of LaRue, Nicholas Roberts of Mount Victory, Nakisha Roberts of Bucyrus, and Dakota Howell of Marion; one brother, Harold M. Albert of Detroit, Mich. Three brothers, William, Phillip, and Alfred Albert and four sisters, Agnes and Mildred Albert, Demeral Goodell and Mary Gimble are deceased. Mrs. Outland was a homemaker, member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in LaRue and member of the Women's Guild of the church. Funeral mass will be held Wednesday, April 8,1998, at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in LaRue. Minister will be Father Joseph Losh. Burial in the LaRue Cemetery. Friends may call at the Stofcheck Funeral Home in LaRue from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Tuesday. Rosary service will be held Tuesday at 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
