Virginia L. McKnight, 75, of Richwood died Tuesday, Oct. 27, 1998, at Community Health Care Center in Marion.
She was retired from Landmark in Richwood and was a member of the Richwood Civic Center. She was a member of the Richwood First Untied Methodist Church and treasurer and longtime member of the church women's group. She was born Sept. 15, 1923, in Newark tb the late Howard and Cora Osborne Andrews and was predeceased by a son, Keith; a brother, Wayne Andrews; and her husband, Leroy McKnight who died Jan. 25, 1992. She is survived by three daughters, Barbara (Bud) Parish of Delaware, Janet (Mark) Mangini of Grandview and Sandra (Aaron) Davis of Piano, Texas; and two grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the First United Methodist Church in Richwood. The Revs. Joseph Rhea and Wilbur Boyer will officiate and burial will be at the Claibourne Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Stofcheck Funeral Home in Rich-wood. Memorial contributions may be made to the Richwood Civic Center, 235 Grove St., Richw;ood, or the First United Methodist Church, 18 S. Fulton St., Richwood.
