RICHWOOD — Ferol Eretta Kale, age 89, of 34260 Winnemac Road, Richwood, died Tuesday, Nov. 28,2000, at 11:30 p.m. at Marion General Hospital.
She was born Sept. 25,1911, to the late Benton E. and Mildred (Thomasson) Denman. On Feb. 15, 1930, she married Foster L. "Bus" Kale and he survives. Also surviving is one son, Robert L. (Pauline) Kale of Richwood; three granddaughters, Kandy L. (Daniel) Lahut of Marion, Tracey L. (David) Hollenbaugh of South Glastonbury, Conn., Stephanie A. (Roger) Pitchford of Rich-wood, six great-grandchildren, Bob and Tom Lahut, Ryan and McKenzie Hollenbaugh, Spencer and Alex Pitchford; three brothers, William (Donna) Denman of Byhalia, Benton (Joan) Denman Jr. of New Bloomington, Ed (Sherry) Denman of LaRue; four sisters, Ima Robinson of LaRue, Ruth (Eston) Williams of LaRue, Joan (Neil) Denman of Marion, Phyllis (Charles) Leeth of Marion. One brother, Victor Denman and one sister, Letha Shirea, are deceased. Mrs. Kale was a homemak-er, member of the LaRue Senior Citizens and Union County Farm Bureau. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Dec. 2, 2000, at 11 a.m. at the Stofcheck Funeral Home in LaRue. Minister will be the Rev. Fred Cheney. Burial is in the Price Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home in LaRue from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Friday. Those who wish may make contributions to the charity of the donor's choice.
